This policy describes how LOUPE DWC-LLC ("LouPe", "we") handles information collected through loupebrokerage.com, including the contact form and the Loupra access application.

  • Basic technical data processed by our hosting provider when you visit the site, such as IP address and browser type, held in standard server logs.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

  • To answer inquiries and process Loupra access applications.
  • To perform the counterparty checks described on our How We Work page, where you apply to trade with or through us.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to us in the United Arab Emirates.

Who processes it

  • Web3Forms transmits form submissions to our inbox. Submissions pass through their service when you press send.
  • hCaptcha provides spam protection on our forms and may process technical data to distinguish people from bots.
  • Our hosting provider serves the site and keeps standard server logs.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it outside the firm except with these processors, or where the law requires it.

Retention

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for our records afterward. KYC material connected to actual or prospective trades is retained for the periods UAE regulation requires.

Your choices

Use the contact form to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion where no legal retention duty applies. We answer within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days.

When this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated effective date.
