The standard we apply, both directions

KYC closes before commercial documents move: registration, beneficial ownership, sanctions screening. The same pack goes from us to you at the same time.

Declined without negotiation: sanctioned parties or jurisdictions, goods without verifiable origin, structures that obscure who is buying or selling.

How to know you are dealing with LouPe

  • We never request advance fees, "verification fees", or upfront payments of any kind, from anyone, at any stage.
  • We never send payment instructions by messaging apps, and our bank details never change mid-transaction.
  • We correspond only from addresses ending in @loupebrokerage.com.
  • We never present LOI/ICPO/BCL broker-chain procedures as our own. Our procedure is published on this site.
If something claiming to be LouPe fails any line above, it is not LouPe. Report it through the contact form and we will confirm either way within 24 hours.
